 Welcome to My Favorite Pen where we have a passion
for creating fine writing instruments and other various hand crafted
turnings from the most beautiful woods and other unique materials.
Hand made items make unique gifts, whether they are writing instruments,
perfume applicators, keychains, etc.
Our items are made from the finest domestic and exotic
woods we can obtain, as well as from antler, corn
cob and other unique synthetic materials. The materials used are
selected for their uniqueness of grain and/or color to assure that the
item you purchase is truly a woodturner's work of art. We also offer
custom pens made from wood that may have sentimental value to you.
We have created pens from the floor boards of the old gym at a school and
from an old cherry tree that grew on the family farm before it was sold.
If you have a special piece of wood that holds sentimental value
email us to discuss that
special writing instrument.
Only the highest quality hardware is chosen for your writing instrument to
ensure years of quality service. Our fountain pens are made with
imported German Iridium nibs that allow that smooth writing style
commemorative of the finest pens of yesteryear. We have a selection
of plating available from standard 24K Gold Plate to such exotics as
Platinum, Rose Gold, Sterling Silver and Black Titanium.
Every item is hand turned on a wood lathe - no automatic tools or
duplicators are used to assure you that each item we make is of the utmost
quality. Each item comes with a card describing the material used
and instructions on how to care for it.
The items seen in the product area are the exact items you will receive.
There may be times that an item will have been sold before you place your
order. In that case you will be notified and asked to either choose
another item or receive a complete and rapid refund. No
substitutions will be made without your prior approval. All prices include
US Postal Service Priority Mail for shipment within the United States.
Insurance on your order is extra. Foreign orders will be notified of the exact shipping charge. There
is never a packaging charge at My Favorite Pen.
I use PayPal payment for all items. You do not have to be a PayPal
member to use this service and can use your credit card with no worries.
Personal checks are accepted, however, shipment will be delayed until after they
clear the bank.
